Primer holders ?

I have had these for many years and don`t know what they are,can someone ID them please ? They are bronze or brass and 25mm diameter,one is 12mm thick and the other 9mm.

sorry zwerge i have no idea,sure ive seen similar before but cant think where ,hopefully one of the others can help with these
