Primers electric no.13 mk2 box help...

Hi all
There is a round black tin box for sale over here for 20 primers electric no.13 mk2. Dated 1945.
The box is similar to the box for safety fuze.
Does anyone have any info about these primers and where/what they were used for?

Many thanks and all the best
