Little problem ! From different sources, I didn't found a exact answer, but the calibre for Mattress are 3" (76,2mm) for Sea Matress and 5" (127mm) for Land Matress.
Hedgehog should have a calibre comprise between 7" (177,8mm) and 7,2" (182,8mm) (following different sources).

I didn't found a source declared a calibre of 93-94mm !!!
