projectile id help

Hi all, looking for an id on this projectile, 45mm diameter, approx 180mm tall, im going of pics myself so have no other details other than the pics. Case in the pic is a japanese 75 x 185R mountain gun

Hello,

Maybe you could search in 3Pr shell series.
This one seems to have a plug or false fuze.
