Projectile Identification Required

Can anyone identify this projectile?

Length - 410mm (not including the plug in the fuze well).

Diameter - 101mm

The base has the following markings - Unreadable figure/2 80 1

It was recovered in the UK.

Easy I thought with a band like that it must be a 4.5in SL but then I noted the 101mm dia ,so, is it a 4in SL of a not very common type? I think it worth having a very good look for markings around the body and would suggest it should be kept until positive id is made if possible.
