Hi

What does all the color markings mean? White tip, red band and yellow band.

I guess the short one is a 2 pr anti tank round, but what is the long one?

Thanks,
Webley

Hi WEBLEY, THE TOP ONE IS A 2 POUNDER APCBC-T AND THE BOTTOM ONE LOOKS LIKE A 40mm BOFORS AP-T.

Hello,

As earni74 said, the first 2pr APCBC-T and the second is too long to be a 2pr AP-T. I agree with earni74, looks like a 40mm. The yellow band on the body is for a practice round.

Regards

Thank you for the information. The long one (APCBC-T) has a weak CBC stamp in the metal.

The short one has lots of british acceptance marks (arrows) and MH/C in the metal. Nice sample you have of this one.

Regards, Webley
