I was gifted a small pile of early projectiles this week, three left to ID. Two I'm pretty sure are Commonwealth. I'd say UK, but as it is less than an hour to the Canadian border the odds are on the Canadian's side as far as manufacture.

First one is a shrapnel, 75.8mm D, 195mm L, with a No. 85 I ALCO fuze. I cannot read all of the stamped markings, but there is a QF stamp, along with BSC 2-17.
Second is an HE, no fuze, 75.26mm D, 279mm L. Misc stamps along with a No. 712

Third is again a shrapnel, 74.71mm D, 230.4mm L. The fuze increments go to 60. There is a small crown stamped both on the end of the fuze and the base of the projectile.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Jeff,

The First might be British 13 Pr shrapnel.
The Second might be French Mle 1900 or one of the later models.
The Third no idea.

The third one with the ‘HL’ on the base and the fuze is a Danish 75mm L/30 Granatkardæsk M1902
