Hi all, picked up this charger clip the other day,it's black plastic holds 10 5.56mm rounds and is marked H 8 PAT.PEND 8476606.
Has anyone else come across these or have any info about them?
Photo'd with steel charger and the swiss plastic charger that we seem to be using now

Cheers
Tony

Canadian 5.56mm

Canadian 5.56mm uses that particular type of plastic charger. There is also a black plastic magazine loader that goes with them.

To support what edstorey was saying, here some info/pict on Cdn version of the plastic clip and the feeder that we still use.

We also used a plastic charger as well but, stop using it and switch to metal. The plastic had a big problem at the lips... it was always breaking after a few reloading. Causing the weapon to jam a lot, has the lips could not retained the cartridges in place and double feeding it in weapon chamber.

Cheers.

Many thanks for the info lads, I have also picked up a plastic mag filler(U.S. made) from the same location.

Cheers
