Does anyone know what manufacturer and country PSW comes from?

The only one I know is "Press & Stanzwerk" from Liechtenstein...

A common headstamp is PSW in brackets rather than as you show.
It is from Press & Stanzwerke, Zurich ,Switzerland. Maybe your example is an earlier or later example from the same company/

There was even an older version, where the "W" forms the brackets
