Jef,

The Polar Bear trademark I've seen a number of times before - but I've still not identified who it belongs to.

If CRA appears beneath the maker's trademark/monogram this is a three letter code that appears on a lot of Canadian cases. It's meaning is not known to me. The string appears to be date incremental and I suspect it may be some form of Lot Code.

The trademark is that of Canadian, Allis Chamlers of Toronto

Are these three images from all the same case?

What is the date of the 'CRA' case?
