Question on a Belgian? shell

Hi,

Does anybody have more information on the purpose/usage of the below Belgian? shell?

The diameter is 47mm and the length till where the rounding starts is 282mm.

It is a sub caliber, to practice cheap with firing the gun. You are missing the screw in part that will take a certain small arms round. So probably for the 47 mm AT gun.
