Rare bomb

This looks very much indeed as the tail part of a Soviet FAB-50 M2 (1934) (used in the Spanish Civil War)to which a fragmentation body of lesser diameter has been attached. Check the dimensions of the tail to confirm this = the span of the fin part is 250mm (fin tip to fin tip distance across the bomb) and 178mm (distance from fin tip to adjacent fin tip)
 
Difficult to be definitive without a closer view, but The fuze seems to be a French RSA Mle 1928 bomb fuze, mounted on some kind of cone.
