Very nice.
It reminds me of a Ranken dart in some ways. With a Ranken dart the fins spring open to stop the tail but to allow the front end to go forward and set off the friction fuze.
I wonder if the hooks on this stopped it from going through something so setting it of at a pre determined distance.
Pure guess work of course.

I can suppose that your bomb must have the same use : the hooks to hang on the zeppelin structure and the fragmentation warhead to destroy a maximum of the zeppelin structure.
