Lots of people have rebanded 2pr AA shells, some better than others. There are posts here on the subject technicalities and ethics. Any shell can be rebanded, its the cost and quality and shell size that are the big questions.

(Falcon) had some very good re-banded ones at the BOCN meet that he had done.

I've got a 37mm projectile back home that someone rebanded. They did an outstanding job, until the cut the contours. I have no idea where they got their measurements, but I will post a pic of it when I get there next week.
