hi daz reich :tinysmile_shy_t:
i wish i did live on the somme that would be right up my street. ?
i live in scotland near lockerbie about 300 miles from where robin hood lived.
i am half a hundred in june.
i started collecting about ten years ago in spain.
i live in a area that has been used by the military a lot over the years.
lots of ranges and old ammunition factorys and lucky for me they were messy buggers .
they left stuff all over the place.
regards armystuff.

Hi Armystuff,

I realy hope that the Rusty stuff is al empty and there is no live stuff between it :hmmmm2:

I think it's not a good idea to search on old ranges or ammo factorys it's better left to the experts.

hi there :tinysmile_shy_t:
all the old shells are solid shot steel case filled with lead anti tank rounds
the one with the ring attatched is a old RAF smoke shell i got from the guys at the local aviation museum ,
im only interested in inert shells ? life is short enough as it is :tinysmile_shy_t:
you are correct looking around old target ranges and munitions factorys is dangerous i will refrain from this activity in the future ,
PS i am going to ask spotter if i can get a job with him as his helper ? :tinysmile_shy_t:
regards armystuff
