Here are my replicas made couple of years ago alongside with few pictures dowloaded from the net that helped me with dimensions. In the meantime I have also managed to acuquire some original labels. I created the label in Word, which I could share, but this site does not support docx upload. Can send it to an email if you wish. Best to print it on a yellowish recycled paper, fill with either plasticine or as I did with a cut broom stick covered with plasticine to save on material and after wraping just brush it with turpentine. (could also dissolve some candle wax in it)

Thanks. I reproduced the No. 11 Mk II safety fuse by tightly wrapping black electrician's tape around 5mm cord.
Similarly I made the Mk IV instantaneous fuse but using red electrician's tape. The tape is 15mm and the windings are overlapped.
For dimensions and technical data I used NAVORD OP 1665 Change 3 BRITISH EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE 10/06/46 (Changed 01/04/70)
They are not perfect but similar enough to the originals to use them for teaching purposes.
If it can be useful to you, I can send you a couple of photos of the steps for making it

Great repro! Btw do you have the dimension for the safety fuse tin?
As for labels in .doc format, you could print them in Word as a PDF
