Replica Tiger Tank

Very impressive! For some reason this reminded me of a story a friend told me about Tigers being backed into houses during the Italian campaign and how a group of soldiers who had been celebrating the end of the war decided to take a Panther for a drive at full speed round a small Italian town.
 
Yes, Tiger 131 is fantastic, but the hours that the Maybach engine can put out per year is small.

A decent replica of a late Tiger would be another way of saving the life of the original Maybach engine.

I wonder if they could fire the original 88 gun on the firing ranges at Bovington??

Now that would be worth seeing.
