Reproduction 88mm KwK 43 Case

What do you do when you have too many KwK 43 projectiles and not enough cases? This is made of three pieces of aluminum press fit together. I will either spray paint it with a brass color or get it brass plated. The materials cost approx. $100, and it took me a day to make it.

Hello John: if you cannot tell if it is tapered, then I must have done a good job.:wink: (No. I did not try to do a one degree taper over a length of 26 inches.) The body is a 0.25 inch wall pipe that is five inches in diameter. Everything was sized around this pipe - it is very close, but not the exact right size.
