RG42 Soviet hand grenade, variation?

I have searched here and found much on the RG42, but nothing mentioned about a " riveted" fuze stem. A Soviet bloc training grenade no doubt. Seller stated it was early post war, made into a training grenade, matters not to me however I would like to know the probable date of manufacture. The stem has three tabs, and is riveted on. Markings I can see, bottom, "PAK SZK 07 K 15". Side body "1028 , X ( ground number)-6". Spoon markings, "SZK, 21--67, UZRGM, 3 54". Body filled with a red hard wax like filler. All detailed info appreciated.

It's a Polish instructional grenade from the 1950's onwards , not uncommon in Europe . Siegfreid.

There were quite a number of methods used to attach the stem.

This one I know for a fact was HE. Haven't really looked into the provenance, though. Cheers, Bruce.
