Rifle grenade?

Hello,
Can anyone give me any info about this grenade. I understand that it's for use with the AK47 during the Soviet/Afghanistan war. It has an inertia firing pin system. Also don't know what the launcher looks like, a picture would be very welcome.
Cheers,
navyman.

Thank you Rick,
Do you happen to know if this was propelled with a special blank cartridge as were the WW1 and WW2 rodded no 23, and WW2 36 base plate, for use as in different launch systems. (rod/baseplate).
Cheers,
navyman.

Thanks Rick,
I'll try and Google it again. Hadn't heard of the 'bullet trap' type.
Cheers,
navyman
