I am looking for something that has eluded us here for a while ...

We are looking for a straight on shot of the markings on a Soviet RKG-3. We have shots off all the other countries, and the different varients, but it seems the Soviet RKG-3 is difficult to find. Does anyone have one that they can talk pictures of the markings for me?

Picatinny EOD has a few and a nice photo box. Have you checked with them?

Not yet ... I will have to drop them a note. Thanks for bringing it up, sometimes I forget.

I don't remember if mine was Soviet or Bulgarian. I'll try and remember when I get home tonight to check for a factory marking.

Grenadier,

Can you take a picture of the head straight on if there are marking on it?

Bulgarian RKG-3EM (deformed a bit; this actually is Soviet manufacture with Bulgarian language stencilings).

Plant № 63 is likely to be "Vysokogorskiy mehanicheskiy zavod", Nizhniy Tagil, Sverdlovsk region. Next is Russian/Soviet marking:

Grenadier, thanks, for the Russian #63 I knew. I understood your's on the image was Bulgarian. This is what confused me.

#254 is "Signal" in Chelyabinsk .
