Thanks for posting the photos of the set-up. I had heard of using the grenades for this. Do you have photos of the target after impact?

it is difficult to aim with the grenade to anything smaller than 500 pounder. we hit the bomb near base plate and all we made was to deflagrate about 1/3 explosive filler trough the base hole.
with an american 500 punder we had much better result from same distance.
