rocket identification

Hello,

One of my colleagues came across this rocket during a archaeological excavation in Mook, the Netherlands. Mook is situated next to the Rhine, in a region where heavy fighting took place at the end of WWII. The rocket has been disposed of by the EOD, who weren't to sure what it was. Does anybody have an idea ?

Thanks, Alfred

Khaba,

This is a 8 cm German HE Rocket, without the tail fins.

Hello Khaba,

No this rocket is not rare they are often found in Holland, always missing the fins and then the venturi is a
good identification point.
