Rocket warhead?

I got this in a multi item lot. It's 2" OD. 10.5" OAL Profile replicates assorted 2.75" rocket warheads. Have looked through everything I have and some online resources, but have found nothing. May not even be ord related, but it was included in the assortment, so I just assume. If it is intended as such, it was never filled with anything. May be another rock crusher bit or some such. Maybe the rare 2" rocket used in a clandestine operation.

There was a 2 inch rocket. Never seen one without a nose fuze though. Looks like yours has a couple of rings to crimp a windscreen onto.
