Roller Crimping Nose Cone onto US WWII 3 inch M62 Armor Piercing Projectile

The nose came loose on this projectile. Using a lathe and roller, you can crimp them back into place.

Is the roller a 'finger' from a steady?

You be careful the 'fun police' don't catch you using an Allen key like that!

Yes. The roller was borrowed from my steady rest. In this instance, that is not an allen key; it is a "spacer".
