Hello, These are "Manițiu" model 1938 training grenades. Also, the detonator is proprietary, made by Manițiu as well.

Here are some pictures of my "Manițiu" Md.1938 grenade fuze, mated to an F1 body and used for practice by the Romanian Army for many years.
Please note the improvised safety pin and the fact the body is worn out and rounded by thousands of throws...
