Round I.D. Please.

It looks like a WWII U.S. fired .50 BMG case with an unfired Armor Piercing projectile stuffed inside. Currently, RA headstamp stands for Remington Arms.
 
And that`s what it is! Though the primer looks to be fired by someone using some kind of tool and a hammer. When fired in the machine gun the primer doesn`t blow out like this.
