From my point of view they are common. I've seen them with dates '51-'53. They also exist with a dubble neck crimp. (For what its worth: I payed for mine €0,50- max €1,00/round)
 
Krt,92....as i am outside of the UK, where do you pick up your rounds for 50c-1euro....thanks Paul
