Round steel plate

Could anybody tell me what this is please, its about 85mm in diameter and 11.5 mm thick, and made of steel, with two arrows stamped in an oval.

NO. Not 3 rifles which is BSA trademark. It is a phaeon or arrow in an oval so a British mark and maybe a material transfer stamp?
Yes it looks like a pusher plate but what is the diameter of the centre hole?

Hi Ron, The centre hole is approximately 6.4mm.
