I have a 5.56x45mm case with a boxer primer in it,only info I can find says Royal Thai Arsenal,is it a common item?

Not common in the US, but not what I would call rare. If on my table, I would put $7-$10 on it.
 
Thanks jonnyc,I had never seen this HS before and didn`t think it was too common.
