I'm looking for details on 100mm BM23 APFSDS (pictures, diagram) for AT gun.

The 3BM23 (3БМ23) is a 125 mm APFSDS-T forward projectile assembly, comprised of the 3BM22 (3БМ22) APFSDS-T projectile assembly (subprojectile/dart/rod/etc. and the sabot assembly) and a forward charge assembly. The 3BM23 (3BM22), in conjunction with a 4Zh40 (4Ж40) or 4Zh52 (4Ж52) rear charge assembly, forms part of the 3VBM9 (3ВБМ9) 125 mm tank gun round.

As such I'm not sure which 100 mm APFSDS-T round for the T-12/MT-12 (2A19/2A29) series of smoothbore anti-tank guns you are asking about?

Thank you for your answer.

No problem. Unfortunately that sort of error is quite common. Along with designations, codenames, NATO reporting names, etc., which are simply wrong, unverifiable, or have been used incorrectly.

As to 100 mm APFSDS-T rounds for the T-12/MT-12 series of smoothbore anti-tank guns, there is at least one newer model.

The newer model is is the 3UBM15 (3УБМ15), which uses the 3BM34 (3БМ34) APFSDS-T projectile assembly.
