I recently picked up a chromed 14.5x114 Dummy.
This is made on a Russian steel case headstamped "3 * * 76"
The whole cartridge is chromed, with six flutes which extend from the case shoulder around half way down the lenth of the case.
Was this dummy made in Russia, or in another country from a fired Russian case?
