It`s Serbian, not Russian.Only some of them made in USSR.

The first one is most certainly SERBIAN or former Yugoslavia
The markings are similar to this one (30mm M93):

The first definetely Serbia, the second I think too. Anothet very difficult to understend, because don`t see marking correct
