Russian 47mm drill round

Ok, no luck yet on the possibly French proj so I’ll try this one. It appears to be a Russian 47mm drill round. The case is of brass construction and the projectile would appear to be solid or very thick brass. The primer socket appears to have a bolt holding the projectile in place. But its condition is near mint. Can anyone say more about this item i.e. is it Russian, is the projectile genuine in your view and what era does it come from?

Yes, same here Mick. I’m wondering if it’s post WW2 as the condition overall is mint, just a mark around the case neck where it sat in the ammo box. Maybe someone will have the answer & we’ll both be that much wiser!
