Different fuzes ?

Very nice Tmine, whats with the different Fuzes on the Bombs ?

The Bomb bodies appear to be the same but fitted with a few different varieties of Fuze !

The fuzes in picture are: M50, MP and M-1 - all used in Russian WW2 50mm mortar shells. In shells there are 4 different color tones.

Thank you !

Thanks for the info Tmine.

Again, very nice items especially "boxed" as the packaging is harder to find than the contents sometimes.

Hi,
There was two kind of M-1 fuze type;
First (I supposed - old type) it's a litle bit longer on botton. And this one I think is for 82mm mortar round, because in 82mm round fuze hole is much deep.
When this fuze was used in 50mm mortar round - special spacer ring must be used.
And the new type - can be used in 50mm and 82mm round without any spacer ring.

Look foto;

Regards.
