It's a WW II era mine.

I didn't found more datas about it.

My english not good, but i`ll try explaine all, what knows about PMM-3 in Russian.

Unfortunately about PMM-3 i and other historians don`t sow amy original materials on russian language, only german, french and americans. And now Chris gave new manual. In Russian this mine noboby know, nobody haven`t this mine in his collection. I asked about tjis mine in Engineering Museum and they said, that they don`t know anything.
German said, that this mine developed in USSR. Gernam Army was useing this mine on West Wall. Thats why we cam see materials about PMM-3 in americans, french books.

This data comes from a Dutch manual dated 1954.
