Russian bomb PLAB-MK

I found pictures on google image of the russian bomb PLAB-MK (ПЛАБ-МК).
First time I see this bomb and I'm very surprise to see Vog-25 grenades on the same photo.
Does anyone know if this bomb has something to do with these grenades ?

This bomb is inert, and was sold in a Russian forum.
VOG lie for scale.
