Russian case to ID

Can someone identify this Russian case. Head diameter is 79mm. Rim is not stepped but ordinary single. Unfortunately the case has been shortened and is 295mm long, diameter at cut end 71mm.

Hotchkis cases have stepped rim. This case has an "ordinary" non-stepped rim.
