Russian Mine???

Hello hoping someone can identify this item I have been told it's Russian but not sure has many features such as fixing spikes and loops a pull out trip wire etc If anybody has a drawing they would like to post I thank you in advance

As far as I can remember it's an Italian bounding mine. I will try to look up the type designation.

Its a Italian bounding mine like Pzgr40 says,
Type B-4 also used by the Germans from September 1943
