Russian Mortar?

Wondered if anyone can recognise this mortar.It's obviously a 50mm but markings don't give much away. the nose is bakelite and marked 482-42 and Mn followed by a diamond symbol.

It is the 50mm HE mortar round with the " MP " nose fuze on it (cyrillic), probably WW II

Excellent to have a diagram of this item.
Btw, although the HE has been removed, is there a safe way of determining if the propellant has.
Not sure if this is a potential hazard.
