Russian projectile question

Hello everybody,
should somebody have documentation about a russian gun or howitzer projectile, fin stabilized, with flechette loading, caliber of 115 mm and used with MTF VK30 ?
All Doc is welcome, shell and fuze.
I have no picture actually
