Russian Signal Cartridge

Can someone identify this Russian signal? I guess the red stripe means smoke?
I measures 84x84mm and is waxed cardboard. Label on top.

I can translate UI-TMD-V. Factory 52. 1981. I think this is correct.
How is it used? I cannot see any igniter. All comments are welcome. Ron.

I think it says UI TMD B
Soviet smoke charge for the training wooden mine UTMD-B (white smoke)

Ron, You got a very rare smoke charge!
My congratulation! Such blocks are very rare and fined any photo of them is difficult, not only real one.
UI-TMD-B is like mine TMD-B, but uses smoke charge with fuze MV-5 and detonator UI-MD-2.
