Hello,
I found these pictures on a russian forum, mentionned as PUS-9 (пус-9) subcaliber training round (7.62mm).
But no central tube and a strange graduated selector on head.
Is it ok ?

By the East German manual, it looks like the one you have in the pictures - only missing the barrel
