Russsian 100mm KS-19 Still Holding the Line in Ukraine

That appears to be a UOF-412 HE shell. This weapon is a Soviet antiaircraft gun with the same ammo as the T-55 tank - rifled barrel.

53-UOF-412 (53-УОФ-412), shortened to UOF-412 (УОФ-412) on field and packaging markings, is the GRAU index code for the round of ammunition, not the projectile's/shell's.

The 100 mm HE (OF [ОФ]) projectile could be one of a number of Soviet-/Russian-developed models, and hence it could be one of quite a few different rounds.

Unfortunately the image is missing out of the Getty Images set (first link) and the Almay logo covers most of the projectile's field designation on the Almay image (second link).

As OF- (ОФ-) can however be seen, it's likely a 53-OF-412 (53-ОФ-412) projectile, and less likely to be the sintered iron-banded version, the 53-OF-412Zh (53-ОФ-412Ж).

Unfortunately, these two projectiles are sill used in quite a few rounds, but the most likely is the 53-UOF-412 round you mentioned.

Hopefully someone hasn't marked a 3OF32 (3ОФ32) GRAU Division 3 projectile incorrectly and stuck a hyphen between the OF and the 32 of the projectile's designation. If they did, then there's a load more rounds it could be.

Just cause it's old doesn't mean it can't be dangerous/effective. Witness F-15E shootdown by S-75/SA-2 in Desert Storm, F-117 shootdown by S-125S/A-3 over Yugoslavia, yes, I realize this is in surface/surface role, but still wouldn't want to be on the receiving end.
