Can someone ID these links for me ? Both sets look identical except the top ones are stamped Z & the lower ones an R in a circle . Thank you . Siegfreid.

These are segments of the "Gurt 17" for the MG 17 in 7.92x57. Mainly used on German early WWII fighters in engine cowlings.

Also used for the MG 81. R in circle = Ruberg&Renner, Z = Zander&Opitz Berlin.

Actually not, the MG81 used the "Gurt17/81" which was disintegrating.
