I have some .303 rounds that have neck splits in them from the bullet being pulled and I would like to make cutaways from them what do people use tools wise??

Hi Richard, a hacksaw and good sandpaper work for me, the attached show a few before and after photos of an SD2 with fuze that I did a while ago, just don't rush things.
