SAP 60lb rockets

It's funny - They appear to be Australians and the stockpiles stand on muddy ground that seems at risk of being flooded. Korean war era pic? or preparation of burial of now-uneeded stocks of explosives rocket heads as took place in so many countries post ww2?

It would have been really interesting to see what came of it. Return shipping or storage is too expensive, but what happened to the buried ammo? It probably had to be recovered years later for a lot of money...

Hi all,
I am new here, and happy to be!
Dear MINENAZ16,
Woud you have any photos of the AMMO crates used to store and transport these rockets and RP-3, please?
