SC50 bomb tail

I was digging my archives to find a photo of SD50 tail for another topic here, but when I finally found it I saw that it can't be that one.

I took this photo in 1995 in Northern Finland where this bomb part was used as a trash bin outside a coffee shop. Since then it has disappeared. The cylindrical part seems to be too long and thick walled to be a tail for SD50. So, I assume it is a SC50 having nose part cut off??
Any idea what the additional holes on cylindrical part could be for? And why the unpainted upper part??
