These are not typical lead hertz horn.
I assume British made and used for example on MkXIV.
Is it correct ?

That's a very plausible candidate, as it used switch horns - not acid lead ("hertz") horns.

It's most certainly not Kriegsmarine ''Hertz'' Horns for a Mark 6 Floating Contact Mine as advertised (whatever that is...) :)
 
I ask details because this horn is described by a french collector as a Hertz Horn for M14 sea mine found in Noumea-Pacific (neutralized by US navy).
