Search rocket identification

Hello everyone

I am looking for information on this rocket.
Name, Nationality and if possible a sketch.
A mark M51 appears with I suppose a lot number 33 / ..
below a green band.
It looks similar to the PzF-44 or DM22, but that's not it.
